Xeni offers two options to our customers.

1\. BYOPP (bring your own payment provider) and integrate it through Xeni’s ecosystem to become MOR.

2\. Xeni as a MOR with our pre-integrated payment providers..

We support charge back level obligations for Xeni as the MOR where we manage the chargeback process ourselves. We have integrated sophisticated risk systems. It helps us to keep the chargeback rates minimal.

If our customer is the MOR, customers are responsible for filing all the chargebacks and Xeni systems have required logs and booking records to support the chargeback claims . The client is responsible for all lost disputes or chargebacks.
