When do I get paid my commissions?

If you have provided us with your payouts information (bank account, zelle, paypal, etc.), Xeni will send out your commissions on the first week of every month. For hotels, car rentals, and activities, commissions are paid out after the travel is used. For flights, commissions are paid out after the month the travel is booked. For example, if your traveler books a hotel in June and stays at the hotel in July, you will receive your commission for that hotel during the first week of August. If a traveler books a flight in June, you will receive your commission for that flight during the first week of July.
If you have not provided us with your payouts information, we will make at least 3 attempts to contact you requesting the details so we can send your commission.
