Vacation Rentals Supported Property Types

The Xeni Vacation Rentals API supports seven distinct property types. You can filter search results by one or more of these types using the vacation_rentals parameter in the search request body.

Condo

Individually owned residential units within a larger building or complex. Condos typically offer more space than hotel rooms and often include kitchens, living areas, and access to shared building amenities such as pools, gyms, and concierge services.

Ideal for: Families, extended stays, travelers wanting a home-like experience in an urban setting

Self-contained residential units available for short-term rental. Apartments range from studios to multi-bedroom layouts and are commonly found in urban locations. They provide full kitchen facilities and often include access to building amenities.
